A Master’s in Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras heads the operations. After his graduation, he has worked in Bharath Electronics(BEL) in the Development and Engineering department for about ten years, wherein he was involved in the development and design of radio communication systems. Then he migrated to Australia and worked as Research Engineer at National Acoustics Laboratory, Sydney, wherein he was involved in the development of assistive listening devices (hearing aids) and other hearing protection devices. His design and engineering background helps in guiding engineers in analyzing components and process control. He was also instrumental in setting up BI's sister company, Bharathi Mediscribe Pvt. Ltd.
